1st July. Phoned today at 8.00 am appointment to see Dr Bett, Dr of my choice and given at 10.00 am. This is so very helpful/excellent. Thank you Igelfield.
But (sorry). Getting in at 8.00 am appointment when running is a hit and miss. If you call is badly timed you get engaged signal on the phone. If you dial 5 as advised you are told this service is not available. Is it possible when phoning to be held in a queue.

Thank you for your feedback- we understand the frustrations about calling at 0800 for an appointment, we are looking into how we can try and improve this experience currently
